I very much like the way this came out .. the Royo-like feeling of strength beneath fragile beauty.
best just mail me and include your homepage url so I can have a look - perhaps we can talk about it..
This picture is really very beautiful, I love what you have done with the light, and also her eyes. They're really gorgeous, congratulations! ;P
But I think you wont let me have this one on my page ey? It's so darn annoying (now my spelling isn't the best...) when you find a picture like this...
its beutiful, it looks real- i thought it was someone i knew, great work i think that this is better than the color
Yes and No .. I used a photo for reference but I didn't aim at similiarity and you probably wouldn't guess its the reference even if you saw the pic I used the same lightsources and roughly the mouth shape though - you're right.
This seems somehow different than the rest of your works..more rough and realistic..did you use a photomodel on it? It's very lovely..I like the sheen in the eyes and the lips, and her somewhat surprised expression.
I have looked through your gallery twice already, and I will do so a third and a fourth time... Your style is wondefully unique and refreshing. Your art is not that of drawings upon a paper, but poetry upon a canvas.

What can I say.. if there is someone who is an expert on beauty you are this person
'tis very beautiful, Ulrike. =)
now I get arrogant I think .. thank you
I'll never be able to compete with you.
Hey, this was one of my faves in your Elfwood gallery, everything about this girl is truly beautiful. And she`s masterfully executed. Glad to see you around here, too!
This is lovely Ulrike, I'm a big fan of pencil art-so more like this please.I agree you have handled the lighting really well.
You girls are always splendid the light is very cool here *bravo* !
Thank you To be honest I started with the right eye (her left) and the nose and added everything else later on because I really liked the look in her eyes (Ok, eye by then)
i love the way you did her eyes, they are really full of emotions...
