Details are quiet but they talk to the eyes of the beholder. Aura of the picture is wonderful.
Your picture is so realistic I mean I never thought that someone could draw a picture so artistly and still keep the backround with so much detail!!!!!
Hey, sorry if I'm being rude, but I had asked you for permission to use your wonderful piece a while ago. You posted my request, but I didn't hear from you an answer. I was wondering if that was a yes or a no... So just email me or post an answer when you get this please. I have been looking everywhere for a pic that is perfect for my Character on Vaxia.org, and this is the only one I've thought perfect.
Your picture is amazing! May I use it for my RP character? My address is Takhisis5555@cs.com
I love this image. Awsome
its soo beuatiful i wanna cry!!!
nice. very good. love the tears. the hair is very nice. nina
Absolutely beautiful!!! I know not what else I could say besides that! I love this picture!
this is one of the best pictures which i ever seen!!!
This is officially my favorite art work ever! It raises so many questions and each time you look at it, it seems to change and become more enchanting!
Dryads are incredibly popular I found out - its almost strange..
I know some books from Pier Anthony but not this one .. perhaps I should look for it
Like almost everyone else said, the colors are so vibrant (yet natural) that it really catches your eye. She's such a perfect representation of how I picture a dryad. She reminds me of the dryad mentioned in "The Incarnations of Immortality" by Piers Anthony. Again, the picture is gorgeous.
So you're one of the writers of the faerytale anthologie?
Congrats to that! And thanks a lot for the compliment.
I really like this picture too .. but its rather old and the filesize isn't big enough to make any kind of cover from it and I'm really happy with the chosen one.
It´s a really wonderfull picture, very well drawn, I think. It´s even more beautifull than the Cover for the Fairy-Tale-Book by the Story-Olympiade, I think I´m lucky a picture like that painted by an talented artist is covering a book with a fairy-tale by me in it
*Gasps* Wow *faints*
hmmm .. thanks for the compliment but using graphics for online games without asking the artist is a copyright violation nontheless....
I like this picture:) I choseit for an online game:) So I'm Her:))) I name her Tunderke:) In Hungarian it means faery...kind of dryad. That was before i see your work! Think about that...You made a good dryad.
BEUTIFUL!! I love the tears and the matching eyes and pendent. WOW!!!!
She is SO beautiful!!! I wish i looked JUST like her!!!
Oh my God!Amazing...
This piece is my favorite out of your gallery. One, I love red hair(my gallery is full of redheads...) and the color green (another repetive color in my gallery)
I do think though, your anatomy can use a little tweaking....It is the hardest thing for an artist to accomplish, and I am not slamming you a bit.
Just watch your eyes(at least an eye apart when front view) a good test to see if they are even (a big problem with me!) is the "mirror test" or a light table. Hold your sketch to the mirror, and all the little imperfections will become emarrassingly apparent! (take it from someone who knows!!) THis test is a huge help, and will make your sketches more solid. A light table or tracing paper over your sketch is a tad bit easier, and is the way I usually do my work. I just retrace the picture form the other side, to catch imperfectios.
As for anatomy, just go grab a playboy(tastful nudes) of any male orinated mag. and study the forms. playgirl and muscle mags are good for men. Buy anatomy books as well.
anyway your pictures are beautiful, with lots of (hee hee green) vibrant colors. Just what do you use anyway??
is it digital? or paint?
Waaa I wish I was so beautiful! I think I'll just sit here and look at her for a while, and wish I was so beautiful. . .and. . .yeah. Shes just awesome, does she have a name? You know, I love dryads and have always pictured them with red hair. Maybe thats cause I have red hair and have always though of myself as a dryad, but maybe an ugly one? I dont know, any girl would feel ugly around her, shes so pretty. *rambles on about nothing* Anyway, you are so talented! Fantastic job!
Very Beautiful. The emerald eyes are the focus point of the picture, leading down to the green tears.. and a matching pendant. I especially love the way her dress melds in to the tree..... or is she forming out of the tree itself? I'll take the latter. ^_~ The flowers on her hair are gorgreous, as is her hair! Great work, but then again you already know that. ^_~
I want her hair.
I want her eyes.
she is so beautieful.
Beautiful image,likes a lot.
Ich finde das ist eines der besten Bilder in deiner Gallery! Wirklich gelungen!(Besonders ihr Gesichtsausdruck ...)
gee, it's a popular image
I'd like to add some words of praise too, it's just that it's all been said already
keep them coming! Any new C.O.T.W. work to show?
Well, Kay. If I´m not very mistaken, or Blind, this is some Kind of Signature, spelling "Adorna" In her own Style... *grins* Am I right?
Ok, This Pic is truly Awesome. Absolutely Gorgeous!!! As all of your Works are my friend!
Lovely eyes! I really like the mystical feel of this and the colors are awesome.
Great Twig by the way..don't know why that caught my eye...
Or is it part of a harp...well anyhow I love it.
Oh my! Amazing colors! She is very provocative as dryads should be. I really like the way the various greens of the eyes, tears, gem and background compliment the red/orange of the hair. Well done!
