I'm still experimenting with skintones and light ..
I wouldn't mind getting bitten by him. <3
Pretty, but shoulders disproportionate. Shoulders are usually as wide on each side as the head would be if you turned it sideways.
This is beatiful as if the vampire were lost in thought dwelling on a past or presnet pain or thriving on some hidden hunger within its memory of painful sorrow that might be cast upon the heart. Perhaps the loss of love or regret. ot just plain evilness. ha. ha.
There looks like theres something seriously funky about the face... the nose is too far from the lips or something. I dunno, makes it look creepier, maybe u did that on purpose, but still thought id point it out. I really like the hair and eyes and the way the clothes sort of drape
Love this piece. Definitely one of my favorites of all your work. This piece seems to show a conflict between what she is and the terror within. Would love know your thoughts on this piece.
I love the expression on his/her face.
This is sooo beautiful! O.O
hmm .. I try to use less contrast to avoid the plastic look .. anyway, it lookes less flat without the hair falling all over his face but I likes the hair better than I missed the depth
Lovely painting Ulrike, I think you have the skin tones just about right -perhaps just a touch more contrast? Your rendering of the hair is excellent, nice design and characterisation too.
Ha! First post! I love this. It's technically excellent and it's really beautiful.
