Artwork Description

After the nuclear war the civilisation's vanished from the earth. Only few artefacts are left as riddles for the desendents of the human kind.

This picture is a wild collage that contains massive retouched photos (man and sky), rendered objects (statue, rock, weapon) and painted elements (water and everywhere over the compositing to make it round ).

Yeah, I think the sky looks Awesome! ^_^ The picture is kinda cliche 'nuc holocaust', but it's a cliche that never gets old, plus I think this is far better than most I've seen!

Thank you Tasha! I forget to mentio it directly but I thought It's obvious. This picture contains a wild mix of 3D-Elements, Photos and traditional painting. The sky is a photo I took from my homes window and the hero is me - exept I've never had sutch a muscular body and a skiny had Wink

It's been the first time I've tried to not reproduce the nature also with colors. I'm glad to hear you like my experiment result. Thank you!

I`ve never seen the statue of liberty with my own eyes. It may be the right time to wisit USA and take a look at it Wink

the statue of liberty head is way to small the guy is bigger than the windows in the head those are so people can go inside and look out of them ,but he couldnt fit inside

Nice work! I like the greenish colours. The sky is very cool, I love it. And I wouldn't have guessed that you've used photos for this if you didn't mention it.

Other than the little problem with the perspective (the statue head is a bit too small), it's a striking and well-done image. I'm in love with those fallen buildings!

reminds me of the original "Planet of the Apes".

The sky is really neatly altered, but I would not have believed, that the guy is a retouched photo, if you had not stated such.
