Amazingly done in 3DS Max - I work with this software and the effort to achieve what you've done here is incredible, very well done! We could with more 3D work in epilogue!

I agree with the above commenter, the background does look fake, however your vibrant, rich, unreal colors are what keeps the scene altogether-you did a good job of that. I'd love to see a closeup of Xena, I'm also currently working on 3d figures, extremely time consuming! You made them look quite nice.
Good work in 3DSmax. ive used that programe and doing what you have done takes alot of time im certain. But as for an overall critique is this; the layout seems pieced together. "Xena" should either be moved to the right a bit, or extend the sea more toward the left. try using some blure effects or focus effects on the background, it will help in the believability of the scene . For example the water and the castle seem to focused and detailed for being far back or lower then the cliff.
