This picture inspired by Gaiman's comic: Sandman.

Special Thanks for SnowBird
The character is Death. I wanna offer this picture Ken Meyer Jr., as answer for his wonderful Sandman art.

I am totally in love with your works... I just LOVE the effects and the efforts you put in the background.

This is perfect in all aspects, just the only problem, to me, seems to be her dress.. It seems quite stiff to me because of the sudden horizontal lines. It's almost like she's holding it up from the back and not the sides. Unless if it is some stiff material she's supposed to be wearing, then the part where she's holding her dress which comes off very straight should have been a but curved and in continuity with the hip part.

Other than that, this is so beautiful it has inspired me a lot!! Thanks for that! Wink

I opened the vector graphic, resized it, make new layer, fill white, set multiply, combinate. make new layer, fill with texture, set it hard light. make new layer, fill it different texture, set is soft light, etc..
after I select the original layer, select make black mask, copypaste, set soft light. Smile Hope it was helpful
