Artwork Description

This image began as a small rough sketch, which I scanned into Painter 5. The brush mainly used is digital chalk.
I have the tiny skull of a chipmunk, and that was the inspiration for this creature. I love rodents, I have had many as pets, and I have alway been impressed by the huge teeth they have, especially in the bottom jaw. I thought such a thing would make a good monster and put out a few sketches, one of which lead to this. This fearsome creature hunts in the dead lands. Foolish is the mortal who dares to tread in its territory!
