Artwork Description

A vampire in her immortal rose garden. The garden gate shuts her from the rest of the world, its dead vines showing it has not been moved in a very long time. The full moon represents the fullness of her womanhood, while the ankh at her throat is a symbol of eternal life. The roses represent the price she must pay for that eternal life, for only the roses dripping with blood live and bloom, while the others wither and die.
