Artwork Description

What is it that lurks around that squishy lump of grey matter between my ears that makes me produce these images? This started out as a self portrait of sorts, but became... something a little different. This is a character of mine that had been floating around for a long time without a face - Nil. Mute and unresponsive, she was discovered by Teresa almost completely destroyed by an eternity trapped within the ghostfire. That land of grey and nothingness - it leeches life and color to feed its own existence. It is the unquiet rustling of dusty curtains against a splintery windowframe full of shattered glass. It is one of the most awful of detours somewhere between Hell and the Forgetting Place, where everything is nothing.

Again beautiful emotions, defenetly like these kinda portraits more, these say so much more about yourself..She/You look very innocent, a bit fagile and maybe a bit insecure..hmm dunno if this says anything about you though.. keep it up gurl, This touched me!

This . . . this side of you is a beautiful one. She looks so weak and sickly, but it's that frailty which gives her a sort of eerie loveliness. She looks scared - like she's saying "What are you doing here?"

Im spechless, Julia, your gallery kicks some serious arse, not only great in technique your work as a splendid force, both emotive and story wise, but Im talking nonsense again, you rock!

Wow! this pic is really disturbing...yet strangely beautiful. This is scary cause i'm wondering how much the painting reflects the persona of the artist?
