Artwork Description
This one was done 50% in Photoshop 6 and 50% in Painter 7. I've developed the strange habit of keeping both open and switching back and forth between them as I see necessary. I know many people think her neck is too thin, but I was going for an idealized reality--one that bends to my personal preference. I love long/slender necks.
I switched out the old version with the jewelry, since I prefer this version withtout the jewelry more.

I love this painting, it's funny how Youtube sensationalism has turned this into a ghost story, and yes if you stare she does start to breath at the chest.
Hey!! But this painting is considered as the most scary painting on the net. They say that this painting is haunted!
I'm writing a book, and now I realize that this is the girl I'm writing about for days!

what a gorgeous portrait!
Wow how is it that your name is Robert Chang yet the print clearly has a name that is neither Robert nor Chang as the signature? I know the artist who did this and have talked to her. You stole this.
This has to be one of the most beautiful pictures that I've ever seen. All I can really say is keep up the great work and hope you create more works like this one.
First of all, it's a wonderful picture. I really admire your artistic talent.
I find this picture interesting also because some people believe that it is an optical illusion, one that creates a "scary image" if you look at her eyes for long enough.
Now, I have not experienced this, but I'd just like to know if this picture was intended to create such an image and, if so, what the image is.
Best regards,
Chris

Hi, will you paint more pictures of Princess Ruu and does she have more back story. Carefull of these YouTube cloners trying to make her image scare people. This Tellurian story would make a great movie or mini series. Will we see more of her?
You artwork is very nice
hey! =] what do you make of the rumors going around about a japanese school girl painting this and then commiting suicide?? i mean, whats up with that? why do you think people spread those rumors? and they also say that she looks evil if you stare at her for too long, i steped back and stared and it had a blck fringe? weird... anyway! i kno if you stare at anything long enough it looks evil, especially paintings of people
Superbe...
