Duddley, the mole waters his flowers as Willow looks on....
James, whenever I visit your gallery, I cannot but feel happy and inspired. I didn't have a great day today, got some bad-ish news. So what better way to feel better than to visit James' gallery! :)Thank you for helping me see the brighter, more inncoent side of life
Why thank you Maura! I love the Wind in the Willows, such a great story. Best wishes on your watercolor.
Great work with the sepia tone. I like the delicacy of your style. Sweet!

Thank you Maria!
AWWWW! Thank you Cynthia. I always enjoy hearing from you. Yes, his pants were very hard to iron.
Oh My that is SO cute!!
hehe agree with Cynthia..
you're giving me a toothache with all the sweetness!
Duddley is adorable and so dapper in his little spats. I'm not even going to comment on technique because I'd already be repeating myself...blah, blah, gorgeous, blah, wonderful, blah...!
Thanks Chris. This piece took about 3 to 4 hours.
Very cute indeed. Very nice texture (as always) on both the mole and the tree. I also like Willows hat a lot! You have got to be one of the most productive artists I know--or the fastest. How long did this one take you for example?
