A fae's first kiss.
You have a lovely vast empire of cuteness. Which many will have their hearts warm up from your work. ^.^
... put aside the overall expression (which is simply great!!): I did watercolor before, ended up with some nasty, wet papers where you have absolute control over the medium!!
Have seen this, I will NEVER use watercolor again !!
Thank you you for the wonderful comments Min. The word "classic" is always a great compliment. I am such a huge fan of all the great painters/illustrators who lived between 1850-1950. All of which were true classics. Something that I will strive for the rest of my life.
wow. The colors, the textures, the sincerity. the great thing about your work is that its so classic. It looks like it came from a different time. I'm not sure which, exactly. But looking at something like this makes me mourn for it.
yeah, he's not sure what to think. I was the same way when I had my first kiss. Thanks Ingrid
Why thank you who ever you are. I enjoyed creating this painting.
That's what it's all about. Thank you for the kind words Diane.
Thanks, as always Wenche.
Oh no! Not sugar-shock! Thanks Cynthia
Hehe! Thank you Christine.
Thank you for the wonderful compliment Maria. Your work is truely beautiful too.
aaaaaaaaw! So cute!
I love the expression on the boy's face.
This image is just amazing. The attention to detail is impressive, and the colour scheme is masterful. I love the way you've captured the children. Beautiful, truly professional work.
Oh James, this is just incredible! I love it. Childhood innocence at its best.
So sweet and beautifully executed...I'm over here going into "sugar-shock"!
Maria's right...simply adorable. Your control over water media still floors me. Faboo!
This is too adorable for words, James! Not to mention superbly executed. I'm in awe of your lighting technicques. As always, wonderful work, and very much in the spirit of the season.
