Love those clouds. Can you post close-ups?

What - a book called 'Mortal Engines' didn't want any of my beloved Vacher fabric folds on the cover? I'm outraged!! Smile

Very nice lighting - great atmosphere. Thanks, Christophe.

Beautifully subtle handling of color and light~ Reminds me of the Tower of Babel...

Oh I just love all your work. Is there any way we might get a close-up on the people in the corner? Just curious...this is one of your paintings I really want to study up close.

Christophe, all of your work has that wonderful, golden light. This painting has that same warm feeling. As always, looking forward to seeing your next painting.

Beautiful!

Great detail and colours. I especially like the clear blue sky behind the smoke. It's a very brave colour to put into such a painting and something I'd never have dared to myself, but the contrast of it just gives the rest of the landscape that extra touch.

Art at its best.
