Artwork Description

I take great pleasure in drawing hands as they can be so expressive and powerful. Combined with a will to draw myself as a sorcerer this is the result.

I´s just added digitally. I don´t know anything about drawing with the computer but I do understand how some of the layers work. The sepia tone is just cause I think it looks so ordinary with the traditional greyscale. Hope it helped!

Even without seeing this guys (your)face, you can feel his emotion pointing at you from the screen..scary yet powerful. And it keeps you wondering..is he wearing pants or standing there buttnaked?;P -hehe- But how do you get your pictures (and your sis'too btw!)looking so uhm..'brown-ish'? Do you use something like yellow paper or..? Adds some warm and intimate feeling to them:)

With all this great knowledge about art... How come you don´t have your own Epilogue-gallery?

This one did not seem as interesting to me as your other ones. And then it struck me you "twined it" made both left and right identicle if you fold it down the middle. I still do this too its just a bugger when some simple basics swim up and bite you on the behind.

You don’t want this man to turn around…
Many times in life you will experience moments like this –anger in the air and a back that scares you but somehow keeps you from running…
Keep up the good work – you are the king of moods!

Dear Chris, I doubt there is any emotion you cant express with your art. You are so wonderfully gifted. Best of luck to you.

Woah! Great job on shading the muscles! He looks strong but his muscles aren't so overdone that he looks like a comic book character or something. Very, very well done!

I think this drawing shows your power and temperament very well.
Beautiful drawing.

The power he wields comes through in this one. It's in the tension of his back and the tilt of his head. Well done Chris!

Nice sepia tone in this drawing!
Beautiful hands too =)

Art is a universal language which allows us to communicate in a much deeper way. But there is no sense in "talking" if there is nobody to understand. Thank you for understanding.

I don't know how you do it. Another powerful work! He's beautiful. You can "feel" what he's doing, how he's posed. The hands are amazing.

Art at its best.
