THE MUCLES OF THE BACK AND SHOULDERS WORKS TOGETHER .AND THIS GIVES THE HEAD A LOOK OF BEEN PULL BACK FOR THE SWORD TO SWING, SO IT LOOKS LIKE IS BIGER BUT I LOOK AT IT AS PERFECT... SENCE SHE IS FLEXING HER ARMS PUTTING HER SUPPORT ON HER WAIST FROM THE TWISTING TORSO DOWN...NICE LINE OF WORK.. ((CHRIS))

I have wanted to redo this one for so long but maybe I should just keep it as it is.. Thank you May-Lin!

There definitely something about this drawing. The pose gives it an almost palpable constrained energy...and of course the shading and the background is superb.

Haha... Interesting point of view. It´s always nice when somebody can relate to ones work and I most certainly hope that you are right about me going far. =)

The proportions in this picture seem grotesque to me. Her large head looks like it`s swelling over with fencing theory, whilst her sword is tiny for a bidenhander, kinda like showing that her practical skills haven`t yet caught up with her mental understanding. Somehow, I feel exactly this way, myself. Your shading is good and you can convey moods very well. If you manage to bring your anatomy and proportion skills to the same heights you could go far with your art, Chris.

for your encouraging words. It means a lot coming from artist such as yourselves. Regarding the head (and hair), I wanted it to be the dominating part of the picture but you also have to take into consideration that she is just a teenager with a thin body. *smile*

Nice feel to this drawing, Chris. I like the costume.

Wonderful pose and a very difficult angle to do too. The head is a tad too big but then perhaps that is intentional. This is very well done and a pleasure to view.

Excellent job on the hair and sword, here--the clothes are awesomely done, too. I think maybe the head's a bit big for the body, but overall, this rules.

Nice to see some new work:)Your right, but I am not saying it's easy..But the details on this one are great and I'd almost go:'where did the hands went?!':P And love the hair and the attributes and did I already said that I 'dig' your style? Oh well, what tha hell;D

Art at its best.
