Artwork Description

A group of elves are ambushed by bugbears (humongous goblins) while exploring the ruins of a forgotten forest city. This is for another cover, and the object was to make the elves look like they hailed from different cultures, with different racial characteristics. The tall, bearded one is a haughty remnant of the "pure" elf race, that buxom one in back is a fair-skinned "standard" D&D elf, and the smaller, chocolate-skinned archer is from a forest-dwelling people. The bugbears? They're just bugbears. Look at the knife on that one! Graphite on comic paper. For Kenzer & Co.
