Artwork Description

Your Glance
Your Glance passes Vibrant
a Magma of Incessant Life,
that Shakes with Powerful Making,
every Fiber of my Mind.
Your Glance burns Red-Hot
my Senses in a Silent Way,
and Tortures with Indolent Making
my Obliging Spirit.
Your Glance Appeases Flowing
my Concupiscent Thirst,
and it Tickles, Impertinent,
my Impotent Desire.
Your Glance is at last Shattering,
it Dope me in Indecent Way,
it Leaves me quite Incoherent,
until I become Lunatic.

Yo friens,
naturally I respect your opinion, but, please, think that this is a picture and not a photo and that the perspective can give you some differences. I explain me better: if you make a photo you really have not a real perspective, while with your eyes you've a real perspective, as your eyes are 2 and you see the things not once but twice togheter and after this your brain make a sum of there 2 images (one from one eys) and give you the differences between them as perspective. Think to this and you can understand me when I tell 'bout perspective. This is not a photo, I repeat, but as I see my eye with my 2 eyes!
Thanx for your comment!

About the eyelashes... They aren't really too long or too short... the thing is that they are a little too uniform. And they grow too near the left corner of the eye. The lower eyelashes are especially too uniform and flat. Just my humble opinion... Sorry ^__^

Great picture though.

great detail on the iris. I think the red veins are a little off because they usually don't look so cracked, but other than that....very beautiful. Also, the bottom lashes seem short, but that could be at the discretion of the artist.

Yo Kronik, thanx for your comment!
As what it cames first, the poem or the picture, the answer is that I don't know... the truth is that generally I see my images and the relative poems while I'm dreaming and when I'm wide awake I made my image and the verses are there, as I've dreamed them, I must only write them on a paper.....
As the eye lashes, this is really interesting: someone wrote me that they are too much big as number, some other that they are too much short, some other that they are too much long.... so? I don't know well, they are always the same, but it seems that the eyes of the observers see them everytime in a different way... nice or not?
Well, if you want know, the truth is this: I made them a bit perpendicular to the observer, in a perspective way, so they can be short or long as the observer think that they could be... Nice or Not?
Thanx again for your kind words, Kronik!

First, no matter what I do I can't help, but stare into the pupil. I have a thing for eyes myself and I just love this. You even captured the coloring with its rough texturing perfectly. As for the eye lashes, they look plenty long to me, but makes me think it is the eye of a guy though. Guy's have a bad habit of pulling at their eyelashes when something is in then and often pulls out the longer ones while a girl "cultivates" the longer ones. The poem flowed with the picture perfectly, but which one did you create first? The poem or the eye?

Yo Liliana!
Ti ringrazio ancora!
Anche e sopratutto perche' ho potuto scrivere in lingua italiana senza impazzire a pensare in inglese!
Ciao!!

L'occhio che hai realizzato è veramente bellissimo: incanta! peccato solo per le ciglia un po' corte e per la pelle intorno che, forse, avrebbe bisogno di un po' più di cura.
Nel complesso è bellissimo Smile

Yo Uppsie, thanx for your comment!
As the lenght of the lashes, it could be, but on another art forum another guy wrote me that the lashes were too much as number... so, I don't know... at last every eye as a different number and lenght of lashes... I respect your opinion, but when I painted this eye I liked the lashes as I've painted, as for number as for lenght.
Thanx hawever for your pertinent and sharp comment, I'm always curious to know what the other guys think of my images!
Ciao from Italy!!!

Althought the eye is absolutely beautiful the lashes are just too short.

Yo Jessica,
Thanx for your comment!
As the system works admitted mode, I'm sorry, but I cannot help you, as I'm new here and I can not know the epilogue masters judge method, you should ask them (or him, I really don't know how many persons decide the admittance works).
All I can make it is my wishes from now all your works will be admitted quickly!!!
Ciao from Italy!
