Artwork Description

My faces always look the same, so I wanted to see what little things I've been forgetting that makes a person... well, a person. I used a photograph for the outline of my face and a little of my hair, but for the rest (and 60% of the coloring) I looked in a mirror. The clothes are made up, of course.

the detail is amazing. And the personality is so present, in a lurky kind of way. I like how you're just calmly looking upon the world. The lighting is so subtle. Btw, what kind of pole is that?

At the risk of sounding redundant, this is indeed a beautiful portrait. I love not only the crisp, clean lines but your color and shading as well. I was really struck not only at the fabulous texture of the hair, but the softness of the clothing and the light translucence of the veil as well. A very well conceived and rendered piece - lovely work!

What a beautifully clean style you have here, each strand of hair gracefully arranged, nice color scheme as well. Smile

Wow, the hair looks really really good. How long did that take you to do? I mean, all those lines. Looks fab.

This is one of the crispest, cleanest paintings I've ever seen - the fineness of the work you've done on the air is staggering and admirable!

Yes that hair is pretty amazing, I love the color transition. The face is well done, as is the cloth and transperancy. Nice work!!
