pen and paper are my favorite types of art and u did a good one here. love the expression. he looks like he has lost or misplaced his pipe and is annoyed but still trying to think of where it could be.\

Marrtin, great illustration. I agree with the others, older styles seem to have a unique personality.(Perhaps that is because they've stood the test of time.)

I love things done in the so called "older" styles! This is well done, and so detailed too. The expression on his face is great, but oddly enough I think my favorite part has to be the texture on the mushroom. Smart color scheme too.
