I just wanted to do a little lephrachan, for ST.Patricks day.
She is a favorite of mine.
thsi si a great pic guys will go craxy over stuff like this!!!!
This has got to be one of my favorites!! I am a teenager that loves to write and draw...I especially love Fantasy...Seeing this image was done in colored pencils...makes me want to try out that medium!! Thanks a lot for the inspiration!!
talk about magically delicious
WOW! Wow! wow! wow! shoeee ... if i were a man i definately go for this one. lol
i'm so jealous! looking through all your work. XD i could never blend colour pencil so well together...or any other medium -_-; that's why i stick to charcoal. but amazing stuff ya got here
Well somebody is Magiclly De-licous!
she is a favorite of mine too
I have talked to Ms. Hall about this one already, but I would be remiss if I didn't share my feelings.
I love this one. I showed it to my wife and she called it a "saucy leprechaun"! Let's see, pointy ears, freckles, wings, green eyes, red hair. Yup, she is a winner!
I love the braids in her hair, that is realy, really good. All in all a great picture.
I am very impressed with your talent.
This is just fantastic. I love it! Your control and execution of colors is really impressive. All of you pieces are so beautiful. I could go on and on and on....
A nice take on a leprechaun - gorgeous and magical. i like what you've done in the hair detail and the costume - very nice! Keep up the great work!
your not the first person to say that!! Seems maybe I should market her!! They might sell more cereal.
I love it. If she was on the cereal box instead of lucky I'd buy it more often..lol. Nice work
man i wish i were irish
Wow! I am kinda afraid of fairies but this fairy makes me have second thoughts! I love the coloring and it is so vibrant! I love the rainbow thing too!!
I use the "best"---Prismacolor color pencils are the best in the market....(well as far as I know..) They have I think, bees wax in the lead to get the vibrant color. I remember my art teacher saying that once..
thank you for the nice comment!
My new works may be a while in coming...I have a bunch of commissions that can't be displayed here for copyright reasons. I did try to get epilogue to approve my (ahem...naked) Legolas pic, but I think it was too "racy" for them. If interested go to elfwood gallery fan art section, he's displayed there.
Colored pencils???? How do you get such a rich color?? Airbrush on some, but this is mind blowing! You are truly the "Queen of Colored Pencils" per Mr. Ferris' comment!! Draw on!!
I love the richness of the colors in this picture. She also has a very beautiful face. I saw the original up at the art store, along with some of your other work. I think I annoyed the employees because I would stand there and study your art for so long. I am so completely in awe of how you have mastered colored pencils. I have heard from the folks at Art Craft that you and I went to the same high school and had the same art teacher. Well she never taught us to use colored pencils in such a way. I bet you either blew her mind with your technique or you made her insanely jealous. Your work is quite beautiful and I am dying for some new stuff.
Just adorable....I love your pinups...
Can't believe you get such rich coloring from color pencils..wow.
ha, that looks great! I love it! (my fav. cereal as well: Lucky Charms)
lol! thanks Mr. Ferris.
Very nicely done and very cute.
To the "Queen of colored pencils"...welcome to Epilogue.
Great pencil work, seems like a mix of something else, digital or air brush, looks very well illustrated, I can see why she's one of your favorites, she's very beautiful senuous to look at..
Did you mean Leprechaun?
Very nice face on her!
