The passing of summer by akeyla
I wanted this piece to be a peaceful view at first glance with a hidden deeper meaning at the second. In the distance you can see figures* that may stand for the childhood or children lost. The scarlet maple leaf brings the first sign of an end, it stands aflame amidst the soft greens and the lush mushrooms (which are edible bway).
*the angle is bad for a picture because the original had gold pigments mixed in, they are little foxes playing
