Artwork Description

This took...a while...to finish. I couldn't help but paint myself into it. I'd like to think of it as a fusion of eastern and western influences. E-mail me if you're interested in prints.

Wow, you sure have a lot of patience.. but it was well worth it! Great textures & colours. I think the guy's elongated neck only adds to the stylized flaire of the pic.

This is very intense, well done.

I love this, and the fact that this is one of my favorite operas makes it even better. Wonderful!

The costumes and characters are beautiful. You did a great job blending East and West. The only thing that seems odd is Calaf's pose and his neck seems too long. I assume it is Calaf as he gets to sit next to Turandot and he still has his head attached ; )
I liked this so much I looked at your entire gallery and am very impressed. I love the way you sketch the hands. They remind me a lot of El Greco.
