This is a marvelous subject. The Foxy Lady & The Wolf's expressions, perfectly relay the sentiment of this scene..very clever! Being a canine lover this really appeals.
Your expertise for executing hair & fur, has shone thru yet again! The flowers are'nt bad either! LOL!

I love this! I am enthralled by your use of these pencils! The delicate use of colour & the detail you achieve. I so wish I had even a little of your talent. Sue UK

Thank you, Kay, such a lovely, thoughtful comment, I love animals and I truly believe they have souls too Smile

Romeo's such a sly fox, sneaking up to his foxy lady's chambers.. Sorry.. I had to! A lovely peice that truly makes you think.. Seriously though, your expression on the face of Juliet is simply precious. So human and animal in one. Perhaps lust is more of an animalistic trait than we credit ourselves to believe.

Well, Miss Butterfly, as long as it fires your imagination, that's all that counts, thank you

Thank you dear guest, I must admit that I did draw the animal heads in first then there was a week or so in between me adding the bodies and background.....food for thought, thanks again!

it seems you work from photos too much, photos first idea or pose second. this seems to be the case through out your work, making them stiff and strangely weird.
