ahhhhhh~~~~~ look behind you!!! the glowing orange eyes, THE ORANGE GLOWING EYESSSSSSS!!!! *sniff* don't kill the leapord .... please~
You've captured the freakiness of this image really well!! I would have thought that a darker sky would be scarier, but I think the twilight atmosphere really sets the scene. I like all your work, but this one is particularly interesting and well-rendered
Nice line work, Storn. The movement of the grass and the halfling guy's clothing really conveys that sense of a night-time breeze.
I really wanted to be a comic book artist, but two things happened. I never made it before I went back to art school in my late 20s and in art school, I started painting. I fell in love with painting. But i have a lot of comic book art theory and practice rattling around. Thanks for the nice comment!!!
Reminds me of a scene from the books 'Huckleberry Finn' and 'Tom Soyer' (cant remember how ter spell his name) Excelent work. I like the thick lines; reminds me of a comic book pic
wow... I forgot about that scene. But yeah, I think that was what the editor was going for when he gave me the assignment. I'm glad that it could evoke some of that. Thank you for you kind words!
i dont know anything about digital but the atmosphere looks great.
excellently rendered! It reminds me of a scene from the fellowship of the ring where a hobbit it hanging out of his house with his dog and the nazguls arrive.
