I like the dark feeling of this picture. It seems to be very ancient, stepping back into some primeval time, some dark age forest...

That's a great painting Kort. You've really captured the feeling of foreboding in your composition.. Dare I enter (not bloody likely!) Smile

Thanks Dan, I like it when people use dazzling when describing my work. 8^)

Very forboding feel! I like the dazzling blue colors and the way the stream draws you into the unknown. Nice job, Kort.

I like the way you think, the coming in or going out ambiguity, but it is a dark jungle, not a cave. But if you preferr to think of it as a cave...

Thanks Mark, I'll post more when I can. Check out my other galleries for more.

I appreciate that Harmony.

Thanks you Nell, my art teacher thought it was too cartoony. Smile

Awesome piece of work you have here, I especilly like how you could put a different twist onto the picture with a little bit of imagination. The person in the mouth of the cave could either be daring to enter this dark area, or daring to enter a world of light that was left unseen .

Great image Kort. I have to confess, I've missed ALL of you uploads in the new art page, but now I can see what an impressive and diverse gallery you have. Look forward to seeing more.
