Artwork Description

As of this writing, this is so new, I haven't even turned it in yet! Another character portrait for WW, done in a combination of watercolor and ink.

Thanks again...I like doing this combo of ink line and watercolor wash and have to remind myself to do it...in fact, I may do it on some white wolf stuff I have to do this week!

Wow, dramatic work, lovely strong use of black and white and minimal hatching. I really like the way the soft grey tones give mass and form to the face and how well you've captured the thoughtful emotion in so few lines. Very well done indeed.

ha, I just realized who you are, and saw your new piece...I see what you mean...I posted a comment or two on your other stuff, really nice!

oops, sorry I stole your idea!

Aaagh!! This is awesomely dramatic! But you know what shocked me as soon as I saw it? I'm currently working on something that has a very similar pose Wink

Hey, Patrick, it doesn't surprise me you were busy, you seem fairly prolific...though I myself have been extremely busy lately...and still have stuff I have to get done! Thanks!

I must have been busy when you posted this one... it rocks my world! Great lighting and free/loose yet directed rendering for a great effect.
