Artwork Description

Just did this one at the San Diego Comicon art auction (proceeds go to charity)...usually I do it on the stage with the other artists, but had to do it at my table this year...turned out pretty good, I think. I usually do the hard part (the drawing) at home...but since I don't live in San Diego anymore, can't do that. I also worked with Dr. Martin dyes, which I haven't done much....and on illustration board, which I haven't painted on much. Considering all that, I like the darn thing!

Man, that's great - so loose and free, and really good underlying anatomy. the green shadows against the red pops like crazy! Well done.

Nicely fluid and elegant, gives a sense of mystery to her.

Yeah, boy...after working with them, I feel like doing it more! I just love the saturation and flow of the dye.

Thanks, by the way!

Your piece is beautiful. great flow and for not using the materials much you did an awesome job. it's funny that's the medium i use dr. martin dyes on illustration board. they have very intense bright colors that I love.

Art at its best.
