Artwork Description
This is Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen from Frank Herbert's novel, Dune. He has ambitions.. In the background is his uncle, the Baron Vladimir Harkonnen, and his mentat Piter de Vries (just wearing a funky suit). Don't mind the two anonymous servants. They're just exchanging terrible, malevolent rumors about Feyd, that are probably perfectly true.

It's an adult work here.
but i like wow. Your coloring tech was wonderfull
Cool pic
Just wanted to add a comment about the Giger design in the first Dune movie... It's correct that he at one point was involved with a Dune movie project, but it had nothing to do with David Lynch's movie that was made...
To bad really, as i think the Giger designs were much better.
This is a good picture!
I'm not really into Dune, but the sci-fi channel's recent re-make is nice. However, when I was a young kid I saw the first movie version, with HR Giger decor and liked that better. Today, with the special effects costing 1/100 what they did then, I had hoped that they would keep the original art style.
Brilliant costume design, composition, and I adore all the red. Before seeing this pic, I would have scoffed at the very idea of an anime Harkonnen. Very atmospheric!
Hy Ruben de Vela, I read the book, I saw some movies. BUT -- it must be so interesting to see a movie with your painted persons! You made them real fascinating! Rita
