I have combined my black and white drwaing with digital coloring to develop some sort of icon for the stationary of a friend
I hope not to sound upset, really I am not, flattered that you took a good look actually. Her is my response: elfs are either fantasy or at least extreemly reclusive, so accounts on their ear forms may vary. I don't think that elf's ears are necessarily pointed. I know many people say so, but this one has no such thing while the ears of my daughter - a certified human - are. Maybe it is a genetic anomaly, I wouldn't know. Glad you like the picture, though. My husband once liked one of my pictures even though he considered the dwarf "too small".
I said the ear thingy. I still love the pic though.
Uh... is it me, or is the ear a humans?
I thought elf ears were pointy?!
Hallo Sonja, einfach wunderschön. Erinnert mich sehr an Mucha... Weiter so! Gruß Rita
Isaac, thank You, You're right, I'll rectify my (translation-related) error
She is beautiful! love the detailed design work here, especially her hair and the leaf decoration, lovely colour array! excellent!
This is a very beutiful piece. You are a talented indivdual (More so than I).
And after doing a little reaserch I've
found the answer.Art nouveau is natural.
The leaves and smooth flowing lines is
A classic example of the style.Where as
Art deco is industrial used much in
archetecture.Sorry I dont want to seem to be a jerk that is not my intention.
Please forgive my fowardness on this subject. But Nouveau has a nice ring to
it, Does it not?
Iv'e always loved this style of art.
Remindes me of the Haight-Ashbury
rock concert posters.One question
though.is not Art nouveau natural and art deco man made or mechanical?
