Great lighting and motion captured, when will you cease to amaze me?
I love this piece! I really like all your work here but this piece is my favorite. The colors and lighting are excellent! There's energy in those brush strokes. Look forward to seeing more.
I'd have to agree with you there. I had a kind of tight deadline and ending up having to bail on some areas. I figured with the time I had, it was best to focus on the face. I shouldve spent another day or so on the car and his fur...excuses excuses
Very nice image, the lighting is brilliant. I can't help thinking the face is a bit "tight" compared to the rest, but outstanding nontheless (- Simon D Brewer)
I'm really glad you like the looseness in this piece. Its something I always seem to beat out of my work by referring to reference too much, agonizing over whether its too little or too much.
Ive enjoyed your Epi Gallery as well.
Your pallettes & dramatic lightings & scenarios are mind blowing. ..to say the least. I am especially fond of Trypod
holy cow - thats a stunning piece - the creature look fab, and the light in the scene is eeeexcellent!!!!!!!!! - wow!!!
Superb work Cathy. The lighting is fantastic and I love the creature's face reflecting from the hood of the car. Great drama here too. Great piece overall.
I like the way you've rendered these skunk-ape images. They have a real "pulp fiction" novel type look. Very loose and expressive without losing any of the necessary details. I like the colour palette too.
