Artwork Description

I do try to illustrate my dreams quite often. In this case a dreamscape of a wolf with a man's hands holding the sun beneath a rising new moon. I blame the water for this.

I love its expression of the face and the dominant figur, you could work on the background though Smile keep it up. ;]

Whoa! I like it! Makes you thing of something deep behind the pic. Looks like a kind of omen, you know.

I love this kind of art...It warms my soul to see that someone can draw that good. I wish I could draw things like that!

Thanks!
I'm actually very surprised someone finally caught onto this aspect of the piece. No one before has ever noticed it. Yes, there are wing marks from a bird (raven is what I had in mind when I did it) in the snow around the wolf. Glad you noticed that! Smile

Oh wonderful! Very stiking pose. There is a stillness about him that has the viewer holding their breath. The marks in the snow seem to me to be the prints of a bird of prey (perhaps a snowy owl) who has just touched the snow with it's wingtips as they swooped down in passing.

Angela this is a very beautiful piece. The expression of the wolf and the set of his shoulders is extremely graceful and striking. I particularly like those features.

Blame? I would thank the water for this, I love it.

Art at its best.
