Wonderful piece! I like the use of red, which has so many meanings and emotions. Her eyes are awesome! They draw me right in and speak a lot.

uh - wow - i´m really flattered by such a wonderful comment, means really a lot to me - thank you!!!!! - hmmm - never thougt about how i do the breasts of my figures, i´m glad you like the way i do Smile - and yes, i always try to pose my figures to make them fit to the immage as well as possible, not sure if i get it always, but i try Wink - and yes, i´m looking forward to do another one like this - but time is always very limited - this pictures here was a gift to a friend, a portrait of her, and as i don´t want to do this boring portraits i thought i do one as i see her - she also an artist and does wonderful dark pices, so i thougt this would fit her well - at least she liked it Smile -again thank you so much for this comment!!!

Wow...geez, what can I say...you are an amazing artist, but this piece seemed to draw me in a bit more than your other ones, and I think it was the choice of using such a powerful color like red...the different shades, tints and values of red you used are AMAZING! I can't help but look at this piece and shake my head as I'm stunned...

I also MUST give you a LARGE round of applause *CALPS* for not OVER modelling your females, most male artists draw their women quite revealing and with rather large breasts, but...you didn't and I think it's SO original and makes this surreal piece come to life.

One last thing, I must say that I love the motion, it really seems as if your females, posing as the subject matter are actually coming out of the piece! Lovely work! Keep it up, I'd love to see another piece like this!

hi there Smile - thanks for the comment - humm the design (dont think it is really a design) but yes sure it is inspired from the crow, think it is not the same just as i had it in mind, saw the movie a long time ago - but i have to see it again - great movie by the way Smile -- but i did some tatoo designs too - but i don´t like tatoos myself - strange idea for me to see all day the same picture???

j-art's picture

thanks so much again for your comment patrick - means really a lot to me - hmmm - the eye marks, think she just doesn´t know how too use the eyeliner - lol -

megaflow's picture

She's great! I like the limited colors, and the eye-marks (tattoos?) are most cool.

thanks holger - maybe you are right, and the lower part could need some more work - maybe i will go back to the immage someday but for now there is other work to do Smile -- thanks again

Fantastic work, esspecially the face. The lower part lacks a bit(a bit, mind you!) defining contrast or edges but its design is nevertheless cool.

Great portrait, fantastic fantasy pic!
