Artwork Description

Hi all, I always feel a little sad to see my downsized pieces on the internet with the loss of all the detail I put in it, I thought I post a detail shot of my latest piece – the last heroes – to give you an idea what the picture look like in its original size – maybe you like to see it Smile , further on I want to thank you all for your steady support – thanks!

hi bill - i thought it was from you Smile - thanks for taking your time and comenting this detail shot Smile - but hey, i am a little scared now Shock this piece lets you into my mind????? huh - hope you don´t go crazy while stiving through my mind - hehe - no seriously, thanks so much for the comment, and yes the loss of brushstrokes by the downsized pieces was the reason why i thought it would be a good idea to post a close up Smile - and also to make people who are not familiar with digital painting see, that there is more in a piece that what they can see on the screen when the piece is downsized to post on the internet -- maybe some are interested in it Smile

thanks so much scott - and even more thanks for your help!!! i will use all your tipps in my next piece (you know what i mean!) people like you are who make it easier for me to grow as an painter (artist?) - you know the try and error system is very good, but if one gets help from an other artist, thats just wonderful and very timeconsuming - i cant thank you enough for your help and taking your time - (btw. your tipp with the layers is perfect!!!!) - THANKS my friend!

This detail shot makes me think of Godzilla powering up to release his radioactive breath. I can definitely see all the work you've put into this Uwe. Great stuff!

Art at its best.
