Thanks a lot, I’m glad the piece worked this way Smile.

the image is very nice indeed the best part is your attention to detail .
the slight reflection of the assassins teeth in the blade show how much he relies on it as not only a tool but his way of life.

Very good indeed

Thanks again John, it’s really great how much you know about the game and its story! This piece was a lot of fun, cause it is one of my less pieces I took photo reference, the assassin is a good friend of mine and the victim is my girlfriends daughters friend – think it took longer to take the photo than to paint the piece – lol – I mean always when I said hey you have to look very, very dangerous, and my friend tried to make an evil face we all immediately had to laugh all the time…

Known as "the gold price" by House Greyjoy, they will only wear jewelry looted from someone they've killed in combat.
Awesome expression on the assassin's face portraying both bloodlust and gold feaver. Very creepy, in the good way.

Oh, da bezahlt gerade jemand den eisernen Preis, wie mir scheint... aber daß es auf Pyke Assassinen gibt, ist mir neu *g*.

You're an artist man, and you'll push yourself to learn more all the time because of it. I can't be disappointed with that Wink

Simon, you know how much I love your work, thanks so much for your comments and all your support, it really, really means a lot to me – thanks mate!
I mostly try to do some kind of storytelling pictures, but sadly it works not always, oh well, I have to learn so much, and I am willing to, and it will be such a exiting journey to strive for new horizons...

Great work on the expression and the poses, but best of all is the knife blade. I like pictures that tell a story.

WOW, what a great painting - the blood at the sword is cool - and both have such a great expression! Good work - as always my friend!

Uwe my friend, I see you have indeed been busy. I like all three pieces you've posted today but this is my favorite, in particular because of that extremely intense expression on the Assassin's face. Great drama here Uwe and as always, very nicely rendered. Well done! Smile

The assassins face is savage! Knife in the teeth, good idea. Strong colors...nice..

Damn Uwe, I love this picture. The facial expression of mr knife there is wonderful, not to mention the shine adding a lot to the image. Great detail all around Smile. Inspiring.

Art at its best.
