Artwork Description

Album Cover for “Evil God”. Here I had to follow a very strange art description, well that’s what I got.
This is the hour of birth of a mighty vampire queen. Once grown up she will rule with an iron fist over all evil creatures and turn the world into darkness…

first of all your art is amazing.Secondly, my friends have a thrash metal band that currently needs some album cover art and I was wondering if you would be interested?

Love the details in this piece and the eye popping colours.

Hi Simon great to hear from you, well I wasn't much around online this year, just had to do too much work. This one was just another job, not really something i would have done if I'd done a free piece but fun to do anyway. Not too long ago I browsed your gallery (once again) MAN you got crazy good, I so much love your work, I for me really should do less jobs and learn more to get better, but currently all my free time went into ZBrush (3d modelling software) as i really love to sculpt with the programm, maybe in near future I have something (good enough)done with it to post it online.
Nice from you to drop by and leave a comment.

I bet this looks great on the cover, it's a very accomplished piece. Nice how you've got lots of detail in there without losing the composition, and the main character is really well done. Good job!

You're so right, i really should study more, if I only had the time between the deadlines Sad. Thanks for the extremely constructive critique.

The composition is very nice, but there are plenty of blending, perspective, and anatomy issues that any self-respecting "artist-for-hire" would've dealt with. You really should find a traditional Master to study under for a few years to clean-up and tighten up your skill set to a true Master level.

Great work, Uwe. The painting style has an almost classical feel about it, especially in the background elements.

Classic 80's death-metal stuff...well done!

Art at its best.
