Artwork Description

The day I finished an earlier version of this fox-lady (Naryu), I got my copy of Gaiman's Sandman book "The Dream Hunters" in the mail, which told of a different kitsune and her love for a monk. I was inspired to try a much freer, stylized version, and this is the result. Pencil & Photoshop 7.

Thank you, Lipták! The details were a lot of fun, but I think I have years more practice ahead of me before I can acheive the smooth, intricate details you create in YOUR work! Smile

Thank you, Persephone! I try to make my creatures look somewhat realistic, but I also hope to make each look like a believeable personality as well. Thanks for your kind words!

Thank you so much! This one was much more fun to do than an earlier version; now, if only I can find time to practice more! And thank YOU and all the other artists here for being an inspiration to ME!
