Drawn using Prismacolor pencils on 80lb sketching paper.
I posted this picture to "wetcanvas" in their CP section, and they said it needed more work!
The darn grass took me forever! I was beginning to regret having decided on it! I was thinking more of pavement...
Thank you very kindly!
This painting is delightful, Cheryl. It certainly is fantasy spot I'd love to visit.
Only one?! *pouts* And huzzah for Prismacolors...!
I agree with Joshua..nice muted feel to it. I agree also that this is a nice pic which I enjoy even more by it being "traditional", which is refreshing. Congrats!!!
ooh this is very nice, very peacefull, like Marley said: congrats with your "traditional art", i am always very impressed by crayon drawings, since so many do it digitally today...i think you ar every talented, nice work on the vegetation!
O yea that is a beautifull work allright.I really appreciate how you drew the grass next to the pond.I have had problems with that in the past myself.BIG congratulations on having a piece of traditionally drawn artwork accepted!!.
