Artwork Description

One of the 'bad guys' from the Planescape portrait series. Well, maybe 'bad' is a bit harsh... how about misunderstood. Like others in the run, this is a pencil drawing painted using Photoshop.

Thats not really a tiefling, at least by the D&D concept of it. The eyes are solid color and they have horns, in female case they're curved around the sides of the head. but despite that, great drawing.

Excuse any english typing error, im portuguese, so i may make some mistakes.

Not new really, just previously unreleased. I have about a half-dozen more nobody's ever seen. I'll probably have everything turned out by summer's end.

Thanks! The hatched lines are some of the original drawing coming through; and some of what you see are overlaid brushstrokes. I paint a bit like I draw--scribble, scibble. I like the look. It warms the portraits and gives a 'natural media' impression.

This is just...I just love your work. What wonderful rich, subtle colors. She's gorgeous. Luminous. Why do I always GUSH whenever you post? And the jewel she's wearing rocks too. Please post more soon!

Ooo a new one! Nice to see a Tiefling of Color. The whole series is so nice in keeping a consistant look and feel... lovely eyes, as usual! Smile

Do you intentionally let some of the linework show through like that? If so, I like it, adds character and structure.

Art at its best.
