Life and death combined.

Thanks! Actually, I don't know what gcse is, but here is some information about this piece:
Done some 4 or 5 years ago, size about 50 x 35 cm (~20 x 13 in.). Acrylics and colored pencil on paper. For the woman's head and skull I used some photo reference. Important for me was to show both aspects (life - the woman's face and death - the skull) in unision to show that life and death are very close to each other. Life is never without death and death never without gain and hope for life.

Yes, death in life or life in death, not a really new idea but interesting to deal with for an artist, I think.
