Artwork Description

I had fun doing this faery. I used a dark blue canson Mi-Tienes paper. As usual, I also used colored pencil, acrylic and airbrush.I really love doing mixed-media! Colored pencils are so versatile, they really compliment other media very well.
The Mi-Tienes paper is very durable and accepts the mixed-media techniques quite nicely. I also use Stonehenge paper as well.

You are really so flattering! You should try the mixed media thing with the pencils,it's really quite fun..I think you would enjoy it!
You certainly need no "extras" in your pencil technique though your work is fabulous just the way it is! The feelings are mutual! Thanks again!~Donna

Glad you like it! Being on the dark paper gives the pencils a different look, and I also used a little airbrush work on it too..Thanks Becca~Donna

This is GORGEOUS! It is so dreamlike and serene. I espesially love the moon's face and the five point stars. It's almost like you literally caught a moonbeam in a bottle and spilled it onto the paper.Beutiful
