Hey, Thanks!! I used leather for some of it, which is really nice because it doesn't fray. Make sure you use a fabric that is very silky or that drapes well, that the key really. Stiff fabrics won't work as well on a small figure....good luck & please share some photos when you've completed it, will ya? Thanks again!

Hi there! Nothin' like a scowl for inspiration!! Thanks so much for the really cool comment! I have a site in the works with better, closer pics....but, I'm not sure when it'll be up. *small sigh*Well, I didn't actually count the hours it took, but I'd guestimate about a full week, 40 hrs? I started with a really strong wire armature (very important) & then layered on the muscles & "skin", sculpting with Super S

An absolutely inspiring piece, you don't know how much I wish I could have that sitting above my computer with the frown for inspiration. Wink Do you have a website that you could do more close up pictures on? I, for one, would love to see the detail you've put into this work. How many hours work does this represent? What sort of materials did you start with as a base? I'd be fascinated to know the background of your process to make Gabe here. Smile Fabulous work! Too bad you don't sell them! *_*

Hey, Rebecca, thanks so much !! Gabriel is usually depicted so androgynousI didn't want him to look too feminine...which was a challenge because Gabriel is supposed to be the "pretty" one. Although, you can't really see in this photo, I gave him a scowl, hoping it would make him less frou-frou. heh heh Thanks!!
