Artwork Description

Not sure I got the right catagory here. It used to have a flying saucer in the the reflection but I thought the pink elephants would be funnier.
They were added in Photoshop.

Thank you. This is an older piece of an artist friend who I've sadly lost touch with.

Good grief! This is glorious! The pinks and blues, every skin tone, the expression on the man's face, the red curb, his hair, the reflections. I could go on and on! Fabulous!

The detail is fabulous! You can even see dirt under his left thumbnail (at least I hope it's dirt...). And I don't know why, but it reminds me of the fifties, the hat maybe? Very well done.

Wow, this is just a wonderfully done piece, it looks about as close to real as anything I've seen a computer make. keep up the good work!

This is also a fabulous piece of art.. I'd really like this on my wall Smile. I like those clothes and especially that drunken look in his eyes. The whole work shows that you must have loved doing this.
By the way, thanks for the message, much appreciated Smile

Thanks Jeff, life's decay often make an interesting elements and subjects. Inspired? Hmmm... well yes I must admit to times of over indulging but I,d never seen an elephant fly except Dumbo.

How true. A pleasant buzz can be nice the spins or pink elephants is sign command control is in trouble. Thanks.

Thanks you. Most of the skin was painted with watercolor. I altered it a bit in Photoshop to push them a bit more.

funny and so very well-done, terry. the colors are spot-on, and i especially like the chipped paint and crack in the sidewalk. definitely inspired.

This is yet another reason that you should drink in moderation if at all.. you may end up laying on a sidewalk looking at a puddle with pink elephants dancing in it. ^__^Wonderful job!
