Artwork Description

With the tears, i was trying to give the impression that the soul of the man was aware but trapped and powerless to stop the murderous actions of the beast. hope you like it!

I was browsing for "tears of the beast" and it let me to this site. I love your work!
I actually named an improvisation with my band the same (hence the browsing) and your art resembles me the same atmosphere i got with that song.

OMG – Matt! His skin is awesome!!! Great work again. The idea behind it is very interesting, so showing those tears makes it easy to the viewer to follow your idea. As said great piece again, and I enjoy seeing such a close up portrait this time, your skills are really amazing.
AND HELL!!! You are so damn fast!!! Wink

Great piece Matthew. You really succeeded in conveying this impression of a tormented soul. And the texture of the skin is stunning too ! Very technical piece, but full of emotions at the same time.
