Yeah, that's what Ken was saying also and it stuns me to be compared to an author/illustrator from the 18-1900's especially one I am not too familiar with. I don't mind confessing that I am not "all-knowing" when it comes to ancient or classic art and it genuinely intrigues me that my style has similarity to someone like Arthur's. Thank you Malcolm, I really appreciate the comments.
What a wonderful gallery, Robin! I love the muted colours and the etherial quality of your work. It reminds me of illustrations by Arthur Rackham, yet has a unique quality all of its own.
Thanks Rita for the kind words.
Digital sure has come along way has'nt it? Being a master of this medium yourself seriously makes me appreciate this comment even more. Thanks alot, Uwe.
Brilliant! Your use of digital media is really amazing and very, very unique Fantastic!
Robin, this is so very lovely and charming - love the colors you used!
Thanks Ken, your artwork is stunning and I have been a fan of yours for years. Although I have heard of Rackham I don't think I have ever had the pleasure of viewing his body of work, odd but true. I am really honored (very) and thank you for the nice comment.
Very nice....and very Rackham like, even though digital.
