Artwork Description

The Oak King bears several keys on his staff: in Irish Gaelic the word for "oak" is "duir" and it is from that word we derive the English word "door". The Oak King is the bearer of the keys to, and the keeper of the "Duir" into the Faerie Realms.

Hey Trish!

I've been on Epilogue for a while now- but I hadn't posted anything new here in about a year. I have a bunch of new stuff that will be showing up in my gallery once it gets approved... But in regards to his boots- no, they are leather and trimmed in faux fur. It's a sort of suede leather, which is why it looks felted.

Hi Kevin, good to see something from you here. Are his boots felted? Look like it. Good job.
