Absolutly NOT! Dio you know PANTONE pencils?? (they are better than Copic pencils...) the paper is a layout special paper this paper is exist exclusivly for these Pantone pencils. (this paper have 2 side, an absorbative one and a stumping one )
I've made it on absorbative one.
there is absolutely not digital EXEPT the background (yellow and pink color) behind the character.
i don't use digital colour on my drawings because, at first I don't like using computer to colour ( I also don't know how to do !!! )and it is my job to paint 'cause

Pencil? Are you sure this is not digital?
Anyway, she is looking cute.

Art at its best.
