El cazador de musica by dasil
acrylics on canvas - 30x24 inches - 76x61 cm
The same way a composer-pianist must leave his imagination free to soar, the 'music hunter' must rise above the surface of the earth to capture the notes (the birds) that he will then integrate into his musical scores (his garment). By choice or by necessity, he inhabits an isolated island, shaped as a concert hall with a glass dome open to the world and foundations made of a keyboard.
As in life, there is often a small imperfection, a disturbance, the loose shoe, which breaks off the pursued harmony.
High in the fiery sky, this large bird that will always escape him, this elusive, perfect and immaterial note he can never get to.
