Artwork Description

This image was actually developed from the first sketch I submitted for the Green Ronin Witches cover. I liked the idea enough that even though it wasn't used in the final painting, I decided to go ahead and do it anyway.

Musk and loam. Mist-lined foam. Where leaves may skitter far and roam to places they have dreamed. Dusk-laced winds. Zephyr twins. And then the eldritch fading hymns that usher on the night.

I love the swirls you do, it reminds me some wonderful paintings of Daniel Merriam.
You've got your own style, incredible, it's hard to find the right word!

Good continuation Stephanie!

I just love the mood, movement and "flow" of you works. Definitely one of my favorites.

Well, now that I'm doing this full time, I've got a lot more time on my hands and I can produce more. It's great to finally have the time. =)

It does have 4 wings. =) Just a random whimsy. Anyway, no I'm no longer in japan. I haven't added the bookmarks back to my site yet, but if you wanted to email me about an order, you're welcome to.

I really like that crow; it looks like it has 4 wings(I bet it does). It's not a bad thing, in fact I like it. I'm just noting it. Are you still "traveling abroad"? ...I really want to buy a bookmark from your store. I got a link to it through Elfwood, but it said you weren't selling them because you were traveling.

Wow!You are definitely on an art rampage judging from the almost constant output of art lately after a long break.I return to your gallery every week knowing there's bound to be at least one or two new art pieces. Well done!

*does the first comment dance* Beautiful.I love the lighting, especially the lighter corcles in the background,it gives it sorty of a 3D effect. The lanterns add a cool look to it,and I love the way you did the trees in the background.

Art at its best.
