Oh good, I was afraid of making them TOO un-kite-like. And I did have chinese dragon kites in mind as I did this, so I'm not surprised to hear your impression!
This piece has much more detail than I had thought! I love the way you put leaves to everything, from the faeries' wings to the little boats in the water. I especially like the way you did the "kites" (which is just what first came to mind when I saw them). They seem somewhat oriental, but I may be thinking a bit too general. I also like the buildings in the background hills. Lovely work with the wind and swirls as always. ^_^ ~Eruantale

Thanks Rafal! I'm a little behind in my posting. I've actually had this one for a few weeks and hadn't gotten around to putting it up on epilogue until now.
Boy, would I love to see the details up close and personal...it's always a pleasure to find you've posted new work! Must get to Shadowscapes; haven't been there in a while...
