Artwork Description

Well, I'm embarking on a project to do a whole tarot deck. Probably won't be done for a couple of years because I have to do commissions and paying jobs. If my attention span can handle it, this will be my project to do in between all that stuff.

So, that said, here is #0, The Fool
New beginnings, new adventures, new opportunities, unlimited possibilities, pleasure, passion, thoughtlessness, rashness

Probably because I just got back from a week in Paris, and staring at all that masterful artwork in the museums!!!

Good idea with the monkeys. The character looks different from the ones you usually draw. This one is less stylistic and more realistic. Reminds me of the old masters. Lovely work. With each card given this amount of love and detail, it's going to be a stunning tarot deck.
